The Supportabilities leadership team has over 20 years combined experience developing, adapting, and running programs for individuals with special needs in a variety of settings and contexts (including developing nationally recognized programs with the YMCA). 

Supportabilities staff is composed of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Master’s level therapists, certified trainers, and subject matter experts who are adept at responding to the unique needs of each participant.  Supportabilities maintains low staff to participant ratios (at least 1:4) for all program offerings, and the programs are led by highly trained staff.  The quality and experience of Supportabilities Foundation staff ensures that each participant has the best possible experience, regardless of their functioning level or experience.   

Supportabilities’ medical director, Dr. Carlos Lopez MD, FAAP, oversees the development and implementation of our programs, working with our team to ensure the highest possible outcomes for all participants.
